This was an old doctors exam table from the 1900's by W.D. Allison company from Indianapolis. Well needless to say I may have destroyed an expensive antique. It just came down to the question who's going to buy an exam table? So I had to figure out a way to make it usable furniture it had a lot of character and potential so I ripped off the black vinyl and under neath was stuffing and hay, it was a huge mess and Im pretty sure it was toxic. Well after all that I painted the top for some contrast and left the foot rest I thought it would make a nice cutting board or just raise it for when you need extra space. Now its a useable farm table!
